Whats wrong with the ppl. Its just a show. They had to take leap. She had to be shown heart broken. Abhi has to raise his voice to maker her heart broken. There were major consent issues with what they showed in that episode and it is alarming that they show that kind of stuff and left it hanging there.

And going by Aariff-raff’s posts I don’t think he can fix or show consent as a learning opportunity for audience - we need an Uthkarsh with a more modern outlook to write that out.

What Aariff-raff showed that day made Akshara look pathetic because she was doing it for the wrong reason.

I'd just say she allowed herself to be put in an uncomfortable position. She is just touching some low key waters. If push comes to show I don't think they'll show her giving in and all because even if there are no dialogues the acting is there. The eyes are empty and the butterflies are forced because her fairytale turned to a nightmare. So this probable slow boring sombre life looks better to her! This boring man atleast stands by her.

But Abhimanyu is doing the same, it's just not physical right now that's all. If this tracks goes on, he will be in a similar position physically too. How much can one lie about giving marriage a chance?
