i think there is some comfusion.

If i'm not wrong for the TS/OS category we have two awards:

1) NL choice/Jury choice, call it as you want. The person in charge, Rishaal as to take 3/4 OS/TS and make all of us vote for the one that we like the most and the OS/TS that will get more votes, will be the winner.
So accordingly to me there is no need for Rishaal to select another OS/TS on her own and declare it as a winner. Because we dedided that we will work on it as a team andto prevent the prejudices. In this way the people will not think that the award was biased because Rishaal decided to give the award to her fav. author or friend. Guys it happens.

So another thing that we should clear is to put under the TS/OS of the month that the OSs are filtered by Rishaal, it's obvious that not all can do this, it will be an eneding task, but the winner is selected by the NL Team.

2) Popular Choice, which are going to be the contests. The winner and Runner-up will be both selected by the votes of the readers.

That means, Aisha said she will do the siggies for the Popular choice that means, we don't have to do anything. She will Add Drabble Contest winner and runner-up under the tag Popular choice.

Am I right?

Always regarding the NL choice award, under the tag we should just write Winner selected by the NL Team. Because I was wondering, in this way Rishaal will be never able to present to us one of her OSs. I think, since the NL Team will vote and since wi will be not able to know the name of the author and not even the tittle (i ask to Rishaal to delete the tittle and send them as entry/selection one) so there should be no problems if the Rishaal or anyone of the team member wants to subimit his creation for the vote, of course they will always have to PM it to Rishaal.

What say?

Guys I got a drabble... Bt as I checked it exceeds 500 words bt that jst bcoz of the translations in bracket nd a note that the author asked me to keep...so for me it shud be fine! Whats ur say?

10-20 words above are okay i think. I have heard it many times, even in our english exam our teachers used to say that following the word limit exactly isnt necessary, a little up and down is okay 😆

And i think we should be lineant in the first week as writing drabble is one heck of a job, difficult than writing a 5000 word OS.

Both my friends who have submitted their OS's said the same and I'm not saying it as a participant but as a NL team member 😳

sans its OK if we have 10-20 words extra. and ya, put the voting round tomorrow and deadline is tomorrow night 12 pm IST. all of u please send PMS asking people to vote if we get at least two pages of votes tomorrow I think that is enough.
