Yes, she's manipulative! I just hate what she does to poor Mouth! I mean Mouth liked Brooke but Brooke saw him as a brother but at least she didn't string him along. Rachel kissed him and tried to make it like she liked him too even though she didn't.

But then at times, she's okay (and I say that very lightly) like when she gave Brooke a place to stay when Brooke didn't have a home or when she cheated for Brooke. 🤔 Yeah about that...
