i was reading gautam hegde's interview...a few things that came to my mind

1. he said its an humble request to lap up our parallel tracks...i think he is right...all people wanted was to watch more of arshi romance and hence all other parallel tracks got bashed. includes anjali tracks too. but on the other hand i feel they didnt do any justice to aakash and payal. they could have given them better scenes than chameli ka tel and bubli track.

2, in his msg for fans he said when they come up with a track please dont write it of...this is another thing i have seen in this forum...they were not happy with anything...the minute they play a track...there were too many complains. he is right...people should atleast give the makers a chance to show what they want to.

3. he also said dont believe in rumours and hear it not from sources...this is a msg for the forum who blindly believes in sources always...im not saying all are wrong ...but these sources were the sole reason why the whole fiasco led to this state...why barun and others got bashed.

while he is right...they shud also not just keep listening to some fans and changing tracks...the PH should also not have sources who they send to the forum, and spolier givers who have their blessings...and the KERNAL ppl who came and aired details from the sets.

If the PH does such things...then everyone will believe them, and talk unnecessarily

i agree...but i dont think any other PH other than 4 lions had sources like this. and once the fiasco started there were even more of them.

ohh god history geograohy kuch nai bacha. sometime i wonder why people take ipk so seriously . i mean it was just a good show.

If I am not guessing this person's id wrong then she is the same who did not know who is Deepa Mehta and she talks about this industry..and after that I never pay attention to what she writes seeing her limited knowledge ...so to argue with her I have to be stoop at her level which I won't like.

And imagine the maturity of someone who compares Laden with Barun...it must be she does not know about Laden...she must have just heard the name of Laden..no intellectual will use this comparison because in that way its an insult to the people/country who have suffered because of Laden.

They hate him becoz he did not like the show as much as they did. Why wasn't he attached to the show the way we were. How cud he think of leaving. Wasnt he obsessed with asr and arshi the way they were? He disappointed them becoz he didn't love the show the way they were addicted to it!

Their hatred is just from the fact that an actor became more important than the show which they used to watch. As far as actor's commitment with the show is concerned- he was committed to the show thus he extended till 8 months and tried to give as much time as possible to scriptwriters to plan his track ending. In the end when he left , he really needed a break, it was quite visible on screen that he was tired and sick..

@bold- If there wud be anyone closer to ASR, it wud be him. He lived that character and lived it for 12 hrs every day .. But there was a point in the show when ASR had became stagnant..there was no progression of character and was nothing but further deterioration.Person who was actually living that character would also know it well when it got butchered..and why he felt brain dead then...

on loving show and fans- I dont think he needs to justify his love for show and for fans. He entertained me well for past 1.5 years and i never felt he was short of that commitment. Actors do their job, they dont do work for charity and they do have a life beyond a fictional show. I cant work in an environment which is unhealthy for me and my progress just to keep employers and clients happy.

There was one point someone made that maybe we got all the horrible tracks because of the lead actors constant complaints that he is tired and wants to leave... really?? how is this possible. He is employed by them right, so why not just replace him instead of asking him to continue... My delusional logic is coming up with that, can someone shed more light???
