Aww Riya, you're making me sound like an obsessive, compulsive nut. Which I was, but times have changed! I only watch his movies 5 times in the theaters now, instead of 20. You gotta give me some credit :) Well as a fan of his, I have read countless accounts of his interaction with fans, and common consensus is that he's a very charming and incredibly down to earth guy :) A relative of mine also met him in London and said he missed his movie premiere just to chat with his fans. Said he spent nearly 4 hours signing autographs and chatting with his fans. 😲

And if I may recommend some films of his, DO watch Born On the Fourth of July (warning though, it's emotionally disturbing. I rarely cry at movies, but this one tore my heart), Rain Man (you would love this, it also won Best Picture), Risky Business, Jerry Maguire and Collateral.
