You might want to check it sometime if you have time. It's a 9 chapters thing :) You might get some ideas for your SS. Do Pm me when u write :)

Yup, infact that's exactly how I wanted the storyline, I loved KriYansh and honestly, the way they portrayed Rey's love for Kriya, I find it a little difficult to imagine how he has gotten over her. We havent seen him grieve over her, we havent seen what they have shown us throughout in the show , with regards to Rey's determination for Kriya. Its hard to fathom, that someone who spent a whole year pursuing Kriya through all their misunderstanding, their fights, their hatred, just let go of her without finding out the reasons. Infact the show had three constants in the story, Swayam's love for Sharon, Rey's love for Kriya and Reyam friendship, three constants that made D3 a success. The Cv's are playing around with these constants(except for Swayam's love for Sharon) and we can already see the difference in the forum. I was a silent reader last year but I can remember it being a much more positive forum. There were so many fun posts here.
People fought over their favourites but there was no constant despair that is there in this forum. There was such activity on this forum even on weekends and fans fought to popularise this show. I infact therefore have a huge issue when the Cvs says we dont bother listening to our audience anymore because yes they have gained new audience in the last few months but they seem to have forgotten how hard this forum worked to get this show popular when hardly people knew about it. I guess this is life, people don't really care other than their TRP's

Coming to how they could have written a better story, like you said they could have developed a more mature story. Infact sometimes because they thing majority of fans of this show are teenagers, they just shortchange us to give us some weird disconnected storylines.

Infact , exactly like you said, they should have brought in Taani as someone who has suffered heartbreak and understands Rey's pain and grief. They should have developed a beautiful friendship that shows Taani trying to help Rey finding out why Kriya left and slowly take it from there.
Its very difficult for me personally to connect to Taani as a character. I acknowledge its not true for everyone but I don't find her thick-headedness endearing. I said this yesterday, I will say it again, I just cannot understand why she trusts Shivam when both Swayam and Rey have made it clear that they cannot stand him. It basically sums up for me that she does not respect either of them, which is fine where Rey is concerned because for all her postulation of being in love with him, she really knows nothing of Rey to value his opinion, but its a totally different ballgame when it comes to Swayam, he's your brother, simply calling him "Bhai" does not suffice, if you cannot respect his opinion, its just a title.

Anyway all this moot because Cvs have decided that at the end of the day, they will do only what they want to do.

Sorry for the long essay, its just months of frustration of seeing D3, a shadow of its former self, that makes me pen this!

All are excellent points you have made. If the story had been carried out like that and Taani's character was better, the show would still be one of the best youth shows to be made and would have continued attracting more viewers who are not getting mad at CVs for making one after another mistake. After Shakti's exit and Kriya's character out, I was hoping for something like this where the story line could still be as strong as before. But seems like the CVs were lost and they lost the viewers as well as well wishers of the show! If only time could be rewinded...

Youvr brought up some great points.

Honestly speaking. After Kria's exit the show should have ENDED or a second season shpuld've started with new charactera. Remembering that D3 started as a show about a girl named Kria and her struggles as she wishedto achieve her goal, if the character has left, continuing is baseless unless the character, and in this case if the actress herself comes back due to audience demands.

This is just my opinion, the show shouldve just ended after Kria left, there's no point- i mean what the heck has been going on in the show the past few months anyways ? Just stupid fillers (not talking about Swaron or Rey- probably only reason the show still has its viewers) .

Nice topic... and I agree...

I'll just list my issues with the new lead and new love of Rey...

- Me too thought the new girl would be mature to be able to handle Rey's grief and bring him back to life... I mean enjoyig his life...
But they, instead, made her a trouble maker girl... may be they thought by her problems she will be able to make him forget Kriya... he is busy to solve her issues thus he will be cured slowly throughout this process...
Though I prefered a mature character, I think this other scenario is still acceptable if handled in a good way... so I can bypass this...

-Vrindha as a bubbly character is not that much convincing... Bubbly characters r difficult ones and not any actress can portray this in a good way... so bringing a newcomer to portray such difficult character is a big risk... they could give her a mature character which is easier and give a good space for Vrindha to improve in more beautiful way...
It's not her fault anyway,... it's the cvs'... I liked how they wrote Swayam's character to suite his acting skills at the beginning of the show... though his acting was lacking but we could still connect to him because maybe he wasn't using the right means but the feeling of the character was always there... I could feel Swayam while watching Shantanu...
The same apply to Rey... while watching Amar I can feel Rey and vice versa... I can feel Amar through Rey... Thus there is always a good connection between us and those characters...
But for me, I still can't feel the bubbly Taani... none of her bubbly scenes could make me lough!! because I still can't feel the honesty in her portrayal the way I do with the rest characters...

- The relation b/w Taani, Swayam and Rey... I believe this is the biggest mistake in the whole issue...
From what we have seen of Taani till today, we can figure the following... she is naive... selfish... unfaithful... lacks confidence...
She is lacking in core things in her inner... I mean the "selfish/unfaithful" thing... she used others, specially her brother, without hesitation to reach someone who doesn't even care about her, doesn't love her, doesn't know her!!
This makes me wonder... a person who can hurt/cheat her close ones, her kind brother who lived with her 15 yrs, for the sake of someone she barely knows... and not even think about him for once... never regret for his pain... how can she be that faithful, lovable, selfless to Rey when he falls for her if she couldn't be like that for her own family?!!
She couldn't be a good sister after 15yrs of living together, how can she become a good lover within 1yr?!!... Please cvs, we r using our minds too!!

For me, this completely doesn't make sense and I feel sorry for Rey to be involved in such weak relationship...

I see that cvs have spoiled Taani's character in a way that can't be repaired... and I think bringing a new character for Rey with a good sketch is the better solution now...

WORD! Could not connect with a "bubbly" Vrinda at all...because mostly, Taani seems lame than funny. And its not even real. I mean who that dumb at 18? Come on!

Exactly my problem is she seems more like a caricature than a character. And sure there must be dumb people but we don't connect with dumb weak characters in shows or books. You can be evil and nasty and smart, the character still grips you even if you hate their guts.

@bold...I completely agree with you on these points...
they have made Rey so focused on other things and not even remembering Kriya, it kind of questions his character as well. I mean he's not the type to do something like that. Just give up.
Also, one of the main reasons is because he is trying to handle all of Taani's mess ups
Thats what I said, Taani is hard to connect to because her thoughts and everything is so inconsistent, we see the bubbles, then we don't. There's no flow to her, so i'm not surprised. And yes, once again they messed up her with not thinking about the team and her brother. I really liked their bond but its inconsistent as well 😡

Thank you... aah only if we could rewind😳
I am honestly feeling bad about the forum being SO inactive, and the show losing audience😭
