Press the key "prt sc" its also called "ins" after pausing the vido, at the place jahan se u want the chitra!! Lekin agar tum kahin pause kati ho, aur vido ke upar ek Puase naam ka button aa jata hai, to uske liye ek kaam karo. When you play your video, press prt sc key as soon as the scene/pic comes which you want.

Ok... so this was to print the screen. There is a a special way of copiying the pic- Press ctrl and V keys together. Then paste it in a normal way on the place from where you want to crop it. Yes. You need to. Because, when print the screen, and copy paste it, some useless things will also come like the address bar etc.

You can crop the pic from Powerpoint, Gimp, or paint!!
