Ok jokes a part. She hugged him just because they know each other since 10 years and she sees him as a friend. She didn't come in between. Between Ashok and Devi it was just friendship and between Ashok KWK it was love. So how can Devi come between them ?

What really irritated me is why the hug ? Why show one sided friendship. I would have preferred if there was no hug at all.

Ya that hug was just friendly one and I know devi didn't come in between but cvs made it look like that and their constant unwanted dialogues making us believe the same beside I know both ashoka and devi are in just friends category right now but all I was saying which you also said that hug was not required there and Devi could just congratulate him whole-heartedly rather straight jumping into herself in a awkward situation as it did look unwanted which you're also saying.

And my dear, it's all cvs tactics otherwise I don't mind that after their marriage😆

Hey Poonam, nice post. Same issue here. That hug was unnecessary. Agree completely. Frankly, I thought she's going to hug Kaurwaki first and Ashok later. There's one thing though, I like that Kaurwaki and Devi are shown to be friends. Of course its completely fictional but I definitely prefer this over Charu-Dharma cold war. I like Kaurwaki and Devi's chemistry like how that scene where Devi is waking Kwk up. I think I like the non-romantic couples more in the show.

By the way, I didn't mind Kwk dreaming about Ashok on her engagement day. I thought that was realistic. Anybody would do that, especially in a love marriage. That priyatam song though. If I'm not wrong, I think it was playing in Kwk's head because Ashok waved a hand in front of her while it was still playing. And then the million dollar question... Kaurwaki, tum meri ardhangini banogi? Hahaha I thought she's going to hit him. She's been saying this day in and day out. What a question! I suppose that was the official proposal.

Anyway, this is really a surprise with Ashwaki getting a chance to feel hopeful even if short-lived. I had thought Kwk was going to return to Kalinga due to one or the other reason and Devi would be declared as the most suitable for Ashok as a result of the Swayamvadhu competition. Now, they will show something overly dramatic surely to make that happen. Let's see.

i agree the hug was not needed but that was just to show that a new track of devi cuming between ashok and kvk is gonna start.

i guess the words that kvk said that no one can cum between me and ashok will haunt devi even after marriage with ashok and will make her guilt..

i just hope cv's doesnt make devi a useless character and make her a emotional support for ashok. i just hope they show that on the lines that when u lose ur love due to circumstances u may be destined to have a more better person in ur life. so i hope they show devi and ashok relation evolving gradually and they both falling in love and then when kvk returns devi will be ok with the marriage as she is already aware of the love btwn these two.. hope it goes this way rather than making devi just a loveless wife..

Ya even I love DeWaki bonding but only issue was the hug and beside even I don't mind AshWaki dreaming sequence but do want more real sequence 😳and like you said Kaurwaki was in mute mode😆and when ashoka mention her as his better half that tear cracked meMan ,love them but hoped that devi hug didn't happen !

Rest AshWaki moment is adorable and like you said sooner or later Kaurwaki going to leave ,So lets see how cvs shows that

I wish the same you know while introducing devi the makers said that she will be beacon in ashok s life so i m hopeful that they would share a beautiful relationship personally i want them to go the swasan way from friends to spouse then to lovers😳

Hope, devi will get her deserving love beside I doubt that as the maker were contileo and I used to watch Maharana pratap of same banner and at there they showed us pratap who only loved one princess which was ajabde even when circumstantially he had to marry ajabde's best friend phool kanwar whom he never loved even after marriage beside in that show ajabde was his 1st wife as well his one true love.

So, I think things will same but with one difference here the one Ashoka loves aka Kaurwaki would be his 2nd wife . So, may be they'll show the same case beside I do hope I'm wrong as devi deserve her worthy right but still doubtful over that😕

Exactly , hug was not worthy for the section and the way Devi bumped was more weird 😕but your last line @bold cracked me into🤣🤣so true ,even I was trying to figure , how come all of sudden devi turned such close friend who could hug his friend like that😕 as earlier I remember in past 10 year, he didn't even talk to her properly and it was only that section where Karu was injured and Ashoka open his heart's true feeling but still then they are not as good friends as Kaurwaki is for her and hugging Karu would be more perfect than hugging Ashoka😕which was more irrelevant and out of focus😆

It looked more unrealistic, if the same thing was done by karu there will be more mannerism classes will be going on in this forum 😆

Even as for the history ashoka met kaurwaki during his exile and when he called back to suppress the revolt in Ujjain he married devi, even though devi married him first he met karu before devi

@bold so true🤣🤣even I was thinking the same🤣🤣

Oh ya ! he met karu first but some of the member here said , it was karu who came in between their marriage ,historically 😆but then what about other wives who came in between these two😆

Rest, I don't want to talk about history as we know it's actually distorted here , so we better stick to the show😆 and imagine if Karu is in her place😆😆no wonder forum would be enlightened by her praise 😆😆
