My dear Rohini,

There is no emoticon for it, so please take it that I have executed a low bow, no, make that a low curtsey, of thanks to you, and to all my other new friends here, who have made it possible for you and me and all of us to have so much fun here.

I have always had a large, lively group in all the forums where I have been active. I was a little doubtful to begin with whether I would fit in here at all, and I so glad to have been proved wrong!

Oh, yes, I do exercises off and on all day, for my shoulders, my fingers, my replaced knee, the works!😉 And the Kottakal Arya Vaidyashala was the first place I turned to when I my RA was diagnosed last September, but apart from the tailam, nothing else worked for me. But my orthopaedist here in Pune is good, and he keeps me as well as can be managed, plus I accept the limitations and try to work around them.

I have exactly the same worries about the voice to text software as you do, especially since I go back and forth within my draft and also edit and fine tune it a lot. But let me see how the link you have given me works. Will report back soon.

What about the buddy list gremlin? Did you try what I suggested?

When I open the site I get a pop-up asking me to go to the buddy list. When I go there I don't seem to know what to do. So what does a buddy do other than being a buddy?

I mean is buddyhood some kind of brotherhood or is it just a tool, a short cut for communication? I'm really an Alice in Wonderland in these matters.

I had two buddies with whom I had the same problem. They were my buddies but I couldn't be theirs. Finally they left the forum, but they still pop up on my screen. By a coincidence I found I had a lot in common with one of them, and I so I meet her on and off in the physical world.
