Tbh we don't know how Lizzie planned on giving these badges out. Afaik, people who have signed up for and got atleast 3 of the badges (Star Reader /Flash Reader etc) should get this one.

Yeah, and the least no of pages to get a badge is 200 pages, which warrants the star badge. Hence, anyone who got 3 or more a star badge or above is Eligible for the badge.

Except 2 readers, all other members are going to get this special 6 months badge.

If by all members you mean the people who signed up for october, then please check coz some members on the list seemed to have only signed up for this month/haven't gotten badges during the previous five months (so they haven't read 200 pages or more)

From what I can tell, till October, about 39 people have participated and completed the challenge for 3 or more months. I may be wrong though.
