The opening part of the trailer immediately reminded me of Jigra, especially the scene where Alia is having a long conversation at the table. The setup, tone, and overall vibe felt quite similar. Of course, a few similarities in a trailer don't necessarily mean the films themselves will be alike, but the comparison was hard to ignore. That said, I hope the resemblance ends with the trailer and the two films don't end up sharing the same fate.
No wonder Aditya Chopra delayed the release so much and is not confident even now.....
