Was quite an enjoyable watch at the end. Are we getting more episodes or another season?

Could enjoy the performances this night again - with the original voices... what an intensity and how believable the intertwining of real and reel...

I like how this TBOB- lover writes about the findings in the series (the thread is really worth a read, imo):

Overall I actually felt that this was more of a spoof of Bollywood than as good as the praise it's getting. Maybe that's me or maybe I don't like such series. I don't know, but in some places it felt like it was going over the top to mock Bollywood and its controversies.

I will say the underlying story was well done. And kudos to the likes of Lakshya, Raghav, Emraan, Bobby, Manish, SRK, Rajat, Arshad, etc. I mean hats off to them all, even KJo.

Aryan has potential (I just said that about a nepo kid yes). He put together a good story, mocked his own life, and came out looking good still. But I still feel that they could have done away with the over the top intro episode and other such scenes.

The male cast definitely had a larger role to play than the female cast. Mona was reduced to just a background role really.

And did I miss it or does Tamannah's Ghafoor song not come in the show (or was it during credits)?

Nonetheless, I'll give it a 3 out of 5. I would have given it higher if it didn't try so hard at being OTT on the mocking.

The usp of mainstream Hindi Cinema (I dislike the term "Bollywood") always had been the masala-concept, something unique and defining a genre which is originally Indian. As I know how much SRK loves what defines Hindi Mainstream Cinema, I almost was sure that Aryan would make something quite intelligent that supports a cinema of Hindi/Indian origin...

Of course, he completely surprised me with the boldness, satire and references... I'm genuinely happy about all the support he got by fellow creators and the Hindi filmindustry smiley27
