While some industries are exploring and bringing folklore to the forefront in India, including mythology, BW is still stuck with its same Romcoms. wonder which one will win, I am betting for Kantara 1, as long as it doesnt show chessy romance like in Kantara.

Why didn't they name it sunny sanskari ki dulhania?

That would have opened it with additional 3-4cr for sure..most people rn are just unaware of this movie and with a dulhania added..it would have been more obvious that this is 3rd part of the franchise..though alia and janhvi ka koi muqabala hi nae and a major downgrade has already happened for the franchise

It was originally gonna be a Dulhania titled movie. Dharma actually put out an indirect announcement about it through others (don’t remember if it was Himesh or someone else). There was a swift and strong backlash against it because apparently there can’t be a Dulhania movie without Alia. So KJo backed off and said “the news” of a third Dulhania movie was false, and now, here we are.
