The level in this industry isn't very high either..,even some of people's that call 'superstars'. 😭 I've seen some of their movies and well... they are superstars for what? because they don't have flops or are the son of someone? because I cannot see the aura or talent people talk about..So people here are very strange to me.

Also seems that they promote movies that are toxic and very violent and senseless which would be automatically canceled here and reject nice movies without violence or at least that's what I see..? smiley29 It's so crazy to me to understand this industry 😭

Just as many actors are now signing these kinds of violent movies to save their careers and have some hits Sid would never do it, so that's another thing I like about him ❤️ his movies usually have good messages and respect women.

Having talent doesn't mean that it gets always used smiley2

As for Janhvi, I also think that she has potential...but somehow I got the feeling that she wasn't well mentored. Already in Dhadak, there are some scenes, I really find her very good... and (I repeat myself) in Bawaal, too.

Don't need talent is all about good marketing and who u are related nothing more, this will give u access to better movies, directors..etc etc This is my impression from the outside.

For example there are actors (I won't say names) whose movies are hyped even before they are released by the so called critics, they promote their movies almost constantly on social media etc, so people know about them, they are invited to all the shows and there are posters of them hanging everywhere of the supposed 'fans' fans who are paid to do by these actors who already have a lot of power and influence in the industry because of their families etc. so when their movies are released there are already a large number of people waiting to see them even if the movies and they are mediocre. That's how I see it. It's all about who you are and your marketing alone.

There are a lot of so-called superstars with basically no talent and they're there in that position only because their relatives be it Bollywood or in the South Indian industries especially.

Here's an example: An outsider is given a good movie and immediately another with great power and influence in the industry comes along and tells the main producer after 4 years this actor working o it that the actor should be someone from his family and not Sid... and if it weren't for the Batra family he would have lost this movie too..., this is how this industry works 🙄 and there are many cases like this that have not come out.

The IndiaForums thread on Param Sundari: Review and Box Office shows largely positive reactions, with many users praising the film and even some critics or skeptics acknowledging its strengths. Alongside personal reviews, there’s active discussion on its box office performance, with fans tracking numbers and external reviews to support their views. Overall, the conversation reflects both appreciation for the movie’s reception and curiosity about its commercial success.

Your statement means for every major film ever released, that you could get any casting and expect the film would still work. So much depends on an actor and what they bring to the table. If they fit the role, if they have a certain look, if they have chemistry with co-stars. What could be a flop with one actor could be a hit with another actor and vice-versa. Directing and screenplay can sometimes be boosted or hurt by a specific casting.

Janhvi, regardless of her level of talent, is someone who does not resonate with audiences and is not a proven box office draw. Which is why I was wondering if people thought this film might have worked better with a Kriti, Parineeti, Shraddha, Kiara, Taapsee, etc.

bold: That is n o t what my statement means.

I agree with the rest, though smiley1

Regardless, I agree with you completely here whether we are thinking of the same people or not.

I post one of them indirectly
