He has been fighting with anyone who criticizes his movies.

He tries to act cool with #pharaknahipadta.

Vanga has embelished his image to the max,with this move. It was by design.He is unapologetic about who he is. He has got a huge fanbase.

RK fans fighting for him with everything they got for a film their idol has nothing to do with,has to be the most BIZZARE thing ever happen. No director has managed to elicit such hero worship,reverance from fans like Vanga in India. They will make money.One has to find the niche.I always wondered, who watches Horror films! DUH billions !

Whatever Vanga's motivation had been, obviously Deepika presented - to him and his followers - the perfect expedient to give attention to his long-overdue project with Prabhas (which is a Tamil movie again).

Like he did with Animal, he did/does it in a manner I find 'unprofessional' of him. He deliberately threw Deepika into the fire of social media knowing that her stardom would fuel fan-wars, a negative campaign about Deepika and traction for him as a director rehashing his 'successes' with his two previous Hindi movies.

Film business is a battleground without any inhibition when it comes to the viciousness certain personalities like to give way
