Yeah have witnessed it too. I get it you wanna re-use your big day out itna paisa diya hai and all that. But trust me ultimately you are snatching the spotlight away from the bride.

I once overheard someone tell a aunty your wedding saree saree is better than the bride's saare she should have opted for a border like this. Then she goes humare zamane ke cheezein toh the hi ache. It's really sad.

Also the groom's sister for some odd reason takes it up as a competition to always out do the bride. So many weddings have noticed it.

I also had the misfortune of going wedding shopping for a friend whose brother was getting married. That's when I got to know her true colors. You literally couldn't make out who the sis was and who the new bride was.

So many celebs were not invited for single wedding event. Deols, Farah khan, Malaika, Arshad Warsi, Kartik Aryan, Tripti, Paresh Rawal, Bipasha, Parineeti, Kapil Sharma, Sonakshi though her mom & bros came.

Finally singers were invited to sing and Sonu Nigam, ShankarMahadevan, Shreya Goshal came and sang. So that's complete everyone famous from each department.
