Well, I don’t think anyone expects Ranbir to remain a loyal husband, including Alia herself, hence the “emotional infidelity” comment. The details of it we’ll probably never know unless someone from within his circle of gossip gets mad at him and leaks a blind to Pinkvilla or something.

She gives him space. DP was too self obsessed for Neetu's liking. As for Kat, her history was a problem for the royal Kapoors. Also she was way too wilful for Neetu who needed an obedient sui dhaga bahu.

So Aloo is the perfect choice. She admires Biru and puts him on a pedestal. Gives him space, so raja Beta is free to live as he pleases. And she brings with her PapaJo's power and support as dowry.

She wants what a lot of MsIL want. Someone who can be molded into the fam with minimum fuss. Neither DP nor KK seems to be that type. Both had willful personalities right from the get-go.

Moreover, RK hooked up with them in the beginning of his career. They prob didn't want him getting married too young.

However, I don't believe Alia will be any easier than DP or KK eventually. Actually, give her a decade or so, she's prob going to show her will. Her sister said it best: "She's a Bhatt."😆

Alia is also not even over 30 yet ! I mean age is just a number! But the thought is kind of like she is yet to be molded into the person she will remain for the year of her life !

So true . Katrina seemed so in love and ready to mold herself into whatever Ranbir and his family wanted but yet Neethu and Riddhima never warmed up to her and in the end she was dumped.

Kat had actually stopped concentrating on her career too and was waiting to get married.

Alia will do anything to please them. She will easily mend into the doormat wife life.

Kinda sad for Aloo, she so young and she's marrying a guy that looks like her uncle. Ranbir is no HR, he is not gunna age well. He's 40 and in a few years his age is gunna show while Aloo will be young.

But these rich BW insiders can only see wealth and family stature. Oh well.
