1. Ananya Pandey - She has the sass, the looks, and the potential to make it big.

Sara Ali Khan - She's very popular on social media and hope this translates to her improving her acting skills! She definitely is a crowd-puller.

Janhvi Kapoor - Unusual and blessed with good dancing skills, she definitely can carve a niche for herself.

Tripti Dimri - An extraordinary actress, Tripti is a complete package. She only needs to invest in her commercial potential and there's nothing stopping her form reaching the top.

Sanjana Sanghi - Doll-like looks and very pretty face apart, she has what it takes. All she needs is a push in the right direction.

Tara Sutaria - Forum favourite and blessed with looks, grace, and understated elegance, this diva definitely can achieve a lot, if she works on her acting skills.

Alaya F. - A very talented actress, this young girl already has won the hearts of audiences with her debut performance. Hope she grows from strength to strength!

I hope they all do good movies. I don't want to be too harsh on any newcomer yet. They have time to develop. I do like variety of looks and talent though. So if I had my wish it would also be

Truth is the future is uncertain. People were pretty divided with Alia vs Parineeti when they debuted, but look where they've ended up. Most people even thought Alia sucked pretty bad but overtime one actress can totally flip the script and become one of the top.

It also certainly helped to have the backing of one of the richest director/producer 😆

A more interesting group but Tillotama has to be at least 40 - she's been around since Monsoon Wedding - so an entirely different age group. It would be nice though if the future meant more work for talented mature actresses.
