If Aamir Khan or SRK indicated interest in doing this story (I can’t see Salman wanting to) then the producer would be stupid not to take them. They’re investing money in these films, and those stars come with much larger built in fanbases. Not to mention the marketing opportunities of them doing a film that’s so different to what they normally do. This is business and if a contract hasn’t been breached in an illegal way then there’s nothing wrong with it.

I mean I’m sure some people would say that it was unfair that these mega stars are replacing an outsider. But I’m sure there are also others who would be excited to see how the film would turn out with them. Also, what “Pakistani actors”? Did Fawad Khan or another actor from Pakistan ever replace Sushant? I don’t remember that happening.

As far as Akshay using some campaign to replace Sushant, or Sushant’s friend claiming the same, I don’t think we can or should take that at face value. Like Sushant’s friend may have heard Sushant complain about losing the film and relayed the same now, but it’s only one side of the story. Could be that the makers themselves were not convinced with having Sushant helm the project and floated it to Akshay. Or maybe Akshay expressed interest in the concept, and the makers took the opportunity to have a bigger star in the film. Also, given the demographic that would be most interested in a story about Narayan Murthy Akshay would be a good fit IMO. Basically, anything could have happened and all we have is the word of Sushant’s friend. He can’t speak for what the makers were thinking or doing, or Akshay, he can only speak on how Sushant perceived things.

As far as how Sushant felt to be losing this film or any other work, I’m sure he felt bad. Just like I’m sure other actors feel bad when they get replaced. But if the “showbiz news” is to be believed, it’s pretty common for someone or the other to be replaced in some film. And it makes sense too, considering the various moving parts that go into making a film.

What injuries on his forehead? I've seen those pictures and that just looks like the shadow of his skin. He has indents and pigment on the corners of his forehead. Its visible in unedited and unfiltered photos. Even in this, you can see he has pigmentation on his forehead
