She is getting all the accolades on social media

Lulz so now some forum members have started a list of "female oriented" movies... I thought kangana was the HERO not HEROINE of her movies... so now when it's convinient, we have started making a list of female led films

Also no point comparing manikarnika collection with neerja. Neerja was made on 20cr budget (compared to 120cr of manikarnika) and it more than tripled its budget where has manikarnika is struggling to recover the intial budget.

And since some members like comparisons with khans so much... 60-70cr collections for khan movies are disasters... and here 65cr against a 120cr budget is a success somehow...?
I know it's pointless to argue with some people but I'm sure even they know what an embarrassment it is to first announce that it's the highest female budget movie when it's barely
Collecting as much as the movies made on 5 times less than it's budget.

My friend who is in India watched the movie today and they were very happy with the movie.. ..in awe of kangana's acting especially in fight scene ..and her fav part was climax..and yes she too felt some of the scenes were shoddy but overall an enjoyable experience...

Lol I also came across that comment. It was very weird for me as I don't think any is god or perfect. But I am happy and shocked to see so much support for Kangana by public. I have never seen any actress getting it. May be old time people used to for other actresses, but I don't see now as it's usually fans who do such things. But in Kangana case most are not even her fan base. They are regular people who love her. I think most has to do with the fact they personally identify with her and her struggles. On top of that her acting is so good so people can't stop loving her, and she come across likeable, humble and intelligent in interviews too.

Finally watched it against my own judgement. Well, that was a lesson learned. Priyanka or Anushka Shetty would have been much better in the role of Lakshmibai No other BW actress can pull off the variations. Most scenes were reduced to single dimensional ones due to limitations of script and acting. It's a well rounded failure. Cannot blame just Kangna. The script writer, producer, editor, Kangana - all deserve tight slaps for ruining such iconic female character Jhansi ki Rani. Stupid people. That's all I can say.
