Gawker media learned the hard way when they published a leaked sex tape of Former WWE wrestler Hulk Hogan. The judge sided with Hogan and awarded him $31 million in damages. It is one thing to see the video and move on, it is another to use your Twitter account with hundreds of thousands of followers to publish such material and call it "po*n". Chances are you pretty much destroyed this girls life, she could be married, she will be taunted and harrased by her inlaws/husband, her kids will be picked on at school and she will be ostracized from everything she has tried to rebuild.

The thing is not many people know the difference. Anything that has such content is named as po*n. So when people say po*n they mean to say to adult content.
