I look at this and think wow... this is so sad. Look at the caliber of our actresses. There really isn't a huge current superstar actress whose an all rounder.

Ash, Madhuri and Kareena are past their prime... even Priyanka and Katrina are that's half of the top 10

But the current Gen looks so bad... Jackie? Shraddha? Alia? So Sad and scary!

Is not list is based on Ormax asking people coming out from theatre who is your fab actor and actress?

Does not mean much, but gives an idea about popularity.

People should realise popularity always does not translates to box office.

Plus Kangana will find it hard to be in these lists, and not many people consider her fab, since majority of movie going audience is mass, and mass does not prefer unconventional roles doing Kangana or Vidya or Sonam as fab actress.

blue ice..these lists do not indicate stardom in general..

no way it means varun is a bigger star than aamir

going by that logic..why just varun..no one be ahead of aamir..he has broken the most records everytime with a movie as a lead..

it is based on a survey in which people list as their fav and for that particular month..more like a flavour of the month..so if oct is considered..with judwa 2 doing so well..makes sense why VD is ranked high..

but that does not mean he is in anyway a bigger star..nonetheless an achievement to rank this high for that particular month .

deepika has been a constant number 1 since 2.5 years now regardless of no BW release since almost 2 years

this shows how strong her fanbase is..

she does not show jumps based on movies and then falls

she remains no.1 regardless of movie releases or no releases..the consistency indicates she has built a super strong fan base

alia more or less is also a frequent in top 3 now

shows she is also building a rather stable and solid fan base..

great to see madhuri still there..an actress who debuted almost 3 decades ago..amazing!

Ofcourse Deepika's number one. Like I said in some other thread,right now and it has been the same for the last five years atleast, her fanbase in real life is huge. She has actual star power and she's been only here for a decade. I don't wanna compare her to the men in the industry esp the Khans but it is true that it has taken them more time to have a loyal fanbase. Also they have undergone ups and downs which Deepika still hasn't. Even with no releases,she has held her own. I don't think she has any competition right now amongst the women. I really really hope her star grows and she emerges the biggest female superstar of this generation.
