Salman Khans Bigg Boss is one of the most popular shows on Television, however the TV ratings for the show have dropped considerably over the past few seasons. Last year, the makers had tried to pit commoners against celebrities to spice up the competition. We did see more arguments, fights and controversies, but the TV ratings did not improve by a huge margin. So looks like they are going one step ahead for Bigg Boss 11! Not only are they going to change the theme of the show, but they are also adding another new TWIST too...
According to a report in DNA After Hrs, the makers are looking for contestants who are from one family. A few contestants from the same family will be selected and they will be competing against each other during Bigg Boss 11. "They want to have pairs of mother-daughter, father-son, siblings, to make it (the show) more interesting and create a spark as they will be able to reveal something about each other's past, which could be spicy and controversial, added the source. It seems like an interesting twist, but how successful it will be? Well, time will only tell! In the meantime, Salman Khan is currently shooting for his upcoming film Tiger Zinda Hai in Morocco. He is all set to fly back to Mumbai and shoot for the Bigg Boss 11 promos this Sunday, July 30. Apparently, according to another report in the popular daily, the makers are going to start airing the show from September this year, rather than October. This is reportedly being done to improve the ratings as well as benefit from the holidays during September and October. (ALSO READ LEAKED!
