For me it's just weird when she's in the sexiest Asian awards. If they were called sexiest Bollywood actresses award then it's fine but Asian specifically points to ethnicity which with her ambiguity makes it slightly questionable.

Anyway Kaif surname has been very lucky for her

Her sisterMelissaTurcotte, looks like her, was awarded the famousLaing O'Rourkeaward for the Best Mathematics Student in 2009. TheLaing O'Rourke award is popularly known as the Oscars of Mathematics.

Wow her family has all kinds of achievements, varieties of feathers in their cap😊

This is exactly what I was talking about and the Indian Barbie thing. For those who are confused about my initial reason for the post. 👏 I'll make this clear to everyone: I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH A FOREIGN PERSON IN BOLLYWOOD. HOWEVER, HER ANCESTRY IS QUESTIONABLE AND I DON'T FIND IT BEFITTING FOR HER TO BE CALLED INDIA'S BARBIE AND WINNING ANY AWARD WITH 'ASIAN' OR 'INDIAN'.

They are acting in 'Indian' movies, for the 'Indian' audience, but award shall not be given to them because they aren't Indian or are not born in India... wow, the patriotism

THIS

never get this weird concept..

if west follows it god knows how many people would have to return their Oscars..

awards should be given to anyone of any nationality based on their work in Indian film industry..whether they are canadian or british should not be a concern and i guess it isn't or else akki would have never won for rustom (not saying he deserved it though..just an example based on nationality)

Oh! But he is Mr.Turcotte...

Mr. Kaif is a figment of Ayesha Shroff's imagination...

But Miss.Katrina wants us to believe he is real... I think.. Uff... it's all very confusing 😊

My, how times have changed! Now westerners hide their real ancestry and claim fake Indian heritage

In the mid 1900s Anglo Indian Merle Oberon was a popular HW star, she hid her Indian side and told everybody she was from Tasmania, Australia, supposedly then Tasmania was considered more classier and acceptable.
