Salman has a macho hero image. His very masculine. Whereas Ranbir is a bit girly hero, his very effeminate. They are not comparable in any aspect.

Personally I feel ranbir needs to work on his body. He is tall but he needs to develop some muscle. Many girls rate him low in terms of hotness in KWK. Even ranveer singh looks very manly compared to him.
