Watch this documentary. This breaks my heart. If there's one major thing that is holding India back, it has to be it's caste system.

Did you miss the follow up story where forensic reports said that the fire in the dalit's house that was tomtommed by the media, was triggered from the inside?

I don't know if you're an NRI but you've no idea how privileged lower castes are nowadays. And the few incidents off not sharing plates in some schools probably happen because of resentment.

I won't comment on that documentary because this is not worth my time. I'm a jatt btw and have never raped anyone nor has anyone from my family. Does that answer it? Bad eggs are everywhere even among the lower castes.

Eg. Head of some SC board in India recently questioned if mafia don Chhota Rajan was arrested because he was a dalit?

Minorities are privileged. I have seen police not taking complain against them stating 'political pressure'. There's a life and reality beyond Dadri too..

However, if anyone is to be blamed they are the politicians and the media. There's no point in blaming common people of any race for this appeasement business...

As much I hate minority appeasement I hate radical Hinduism too. Majority of common people are against fanatics. I am not used to Fatwas and I don't want Fatwa against anyone. If someone is not happy in my country then they will not allow me to live happily and peacefully either. So live and let live..
