Besides a great dancer, Urmila was a very good actress too. She redeemed herself on the acting front in the latter part of her career. She was underrated and really deserved more recognition. She deserved awards for Ek Hasina Thi, Kaun and Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya.

Bhoot & Ek Hasina Thi commendable performances. I like her in Janam Samjah Karo too. That was her first movie I watched. She's a great dancer without a doubt.

I voted for Tehzeeb - she was flawless in that.

She was also brilliant in Ek Hasina Thi and Jaanam Samjha Karo (her most underrated role)

I can't choose , too many good movies but first movie she shocked me with her acting in a good way is Kaun .. Last part of that movie still creeps me out!! 🤓

On the complete opposite spectrum of Kaun was Pinjar, what a subtle yet commendable performance...she is one fine actress who didn't get her due for sure!

pyaar tune...watched yesterday and again cried...W*F..fardeen how could u 😡

her role is still an inspiration for many actresses...last i heard sonal chauhan is taking her inspiration to do a similar role in a movie she's doing

P.S. : I don't think today's actresses can really stand out in performances in that extent of intensity. Urmila was in her own league when it comes to performing. she might not achieved that commercial success like what today's some undeserving actresses get though however, she nailed some of the finest performances others would find difficult to match,
