Why Is Aamir Khan Such a Pretentious Prick - Page 3

Hilarious article, but I'd like to point out that Aamir Khan's movies have the credibility because of his body of work and how he's so obsessed with the script. You have a pathetic movie like D3 or a pretentious movie like PK, but Aamir's movies like Talaash, 3I, and TZP were beautiful.

It's his goodwill and perfectionist nature that has allowed him to compete with the other two Khans and surpass them, arguably.

In terms of good films, Aamir still is ahead of Salman/SRK. Whether he's pretentious or the way he markets himself is just another promotional strategy. Years after Khans are gone, if we'd look at their works regardless of BO success, I think Aamir will be more remembered, but the gulf isn't as wide though.

No actor has the number of great movies that Aamir has.. Half of those Aamir movies are better than the entire careers of srk and salman..

Aamir is fake and he knows he doesn't have hardcore fans like SRK and Salman. He isn't a trend setter like those two and doesn't even come out on top in his movies. Boman and Chatur killed it in 3 idiots. The kid killed it in TZP. Siddharth killed it in RDB. He can only outshine when he is in screen with Abhishek or Uday like in Dhoom 3 or getting full air time like in PK.
