Jagga Jasoos in trouble

It looks like all is not well for Anurag Basu's Jagga Jasoos. After reports of the film being re-shot after the concept of a musical was scrapped, we hear now that the film is now woefully over budget. The film, which stars Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif, was due to release this November, but the troubles don't seem to end for Anurag Basu's pet project. And naturally, the director is upset at the turn of events. Does the fate of the film hang in a dangerous balance? It looks like we'll have to watch this space to find out more.

barfi faced couple of roadblocks but don't somehow Basu pulled it off but i feel his luck has run out this time around

And they still have one major schedule left for January and then they would probably re shoot the July and Jan schedules and then some more re shooting and then some more 😆

Tamasha will be the turning point for Ranbir now. Roy's opening showed that the youth still like him. The two Kashyap films and now this will dent him, but Imti knows the beat of Indian audience. That will bring him back into the running.

Ranbir's a type-cast actor. His Rom-Coms have done really well whether YJHD or a dramedy like Barfi. That's what he should stick to. Trying a masala like Besharam or a wanna-be film noir like BV won't yield results for him.
