I think what celebs do is slim down when they hv their surgeries...so it looks like they just lost weight and also do make up in a way they resemble their former face...then when they gain weight back and people are used to seeing their new face, they start doing different make up.

For someone like Sonam or Deepika it would be difficult to admit to surgery after having dissed others so much for the same on KWK. but the business of cinema is so cutthroat, most girls would choose to give in to the need..also its a self esteem thing...make up enhances looks, cosmetic surgery is what, nothing but permanent make up.

the ONLY person ive seen who looks same with weight gain and weight loss in the face, is Sonakshi Sinha.

Ive been buying film magazines forever, and its easy to spot a change in looks however subtle.

When i saw Esha Deol once, i didnt recognize her in the beginning, she had tweaked her looks same with Kangana Ranaut, i was like who is this girl..and couldnt believe it was her.

Then it was easy to spot all the heroines as they got stuff done and then the heroes...Irrfan, Randeep ...the whole lot..everybody just got better looking. and it wasnt just a glowing complexion.

Who has done what to themselves in terms of look in Bollywood, it's nice to know all their details for naive person like me, thank you.😆
