I would say better informal education.

Cause a guy of 12th standard,raped his classmate and then uploaded it to a po*n site. He was educated,but still raped.

I dint say anything, I just produced figures. Some people just want to name india as next rape capital of the world n freida is getting free ka media mileage on it. Anyways she never has anything good to speak about india. Last time she was bad mouthing bollywood.
