MEANING: Actually Paresh was having double role, Both having same name TEJA... now to avoid confusion, aamir/salman makes a mark on Paresh, but they both get MARK on face... now this is a joke as Mark zukerberg pic is here, so while speaking dialogue, MARK pic is place 2 make it funny.
