😲. This is one of the most ridiculous and sexists posts I have ever read. Heroines are like music, why even bother calling them that, I suppose they can just be furniture.

I suppose HAHK, DDLJ are even now remembered for Salman and SRK for acting with the beautiful furniture . This is not a Sholay. DDLJ is popular for SRK and Kajol, the legendary chemistry and all that, that is why it is running in a theater for all these years, because of BOTH.

Dhoom 3 was Aamir and the rest the uber successful duo of Abhi and Uday I suppose or will you say biikes brought people in ?? 🤔. I suppose Kat was just like the bloody carpet or wall paper in Dhoom 3 and since she hung from the ceiling was just there like a chandelier, contributing nothing BO wise. I suppose Deepika was ornamentation in CE. Then WTH were YJHD and RL ? Ranbir and Ranveer ?

If you say heroines are nothing why even have one ? Why can't the Khans do the heavy lifting. ETT would not have been a so close to 200 crores without Kat. Heroines matter, even flowerpot ones and ones who don't act well because shockingly they have their own fan bases. 🤔

200+ crores most probably YES...don't know about beating Dhoom 3.I don't know how Dhoom 3 was since haven't watched it but it was a popular franchise, which added a lot to its collection, so I guess it's little too difficult for KICK to beat Dhoom 3!

Both CE & D3 were having huge TICKET RAISE... while Salman always prefer not to raise Ticket rates... Now Kick is coming on 25 July, so from 25-28 (4 days) it will be ramzaan, so no muslim audience, it won't score OPENING RECORD that much...

But After EID it will pick up fast with full audience... Now D3 Total would only be chase able if u have proper release, not like some opening days of ramzaan.

REST Buzz is tremendous, let's see... 200+ cr toh pakke hai... ab dekhna hai how much KICK can KICK itself towards the Top Grosser.

meribaat its not my fault you cant understand my words and think in alimit way when i talk about actress and music its not like i put them together but iam talking in ageneral way because these thing are factors its all about the male and then other factor come when you are talking about BO then you say its the khan or hrithik or akki or or not its kar or DO or kareena and your words dont change the fact as i said big actress can help as abonus but when you have abig super star and super trailer people will go and watch the film if you have unknown actress and big example when shahrukh work with DP or anushka for the first time do you think your logic about starpower will be true here ?????

I can't believe I'm saying this, but Kick looks good. And it's the first time someone like me (non-Salman fan) is actually intrigued with the trailer. I think the makers and Salman went back and fixed it up a lot. Plus, Jacky is hella gorgeous.

And Dhoom 3 wasn't even that good so anything can break D3's record and something will.

Should it break dhoom record? YES, The trailer is amazing and the movie looks really good. This movie seems to have good content and with salman star power, hot heroine, great supporting cast, and hopefully good songs, then it should! And I hope it will, it seems like an amazing movie. 👍🏼

Movies are about male and female, hero and heroines mostly. In the 90s Kajol, Madhuri, Juhi all were equal with heros. Now it is ridiculous, but chodo.

@Bold Depends on the heroine. Like debuting with SRK helped DP and Anushka and Sonakshi with Salman, if the heroine is the daughter of someone famous their star power may bring curious people in. DP and Sona have famous fathers. I was curious about DP because even as a South Indian kid growing up in the US, I knew about her father because my parents liked him. Sona of course because of Shatru. I was curious about her brother too, but I did not like him. I liked Sona a lot the first time I saw her in the trailer. I like Salman so I went for Dabang, but someone who may not have liked Salman also could have gone to Dabang because of Sona being Shathru's kid.

I absolutely think 20 minutes of Kat in Dhoom 3 brought in more people than the combined star power or lack thereof of Abhi or Uday. Yeah, yeah Aamir is a good actor, but I don't like him as much as SRK or Salman and have skipped his movies. Dhoom 3 is not the kind of film I usually spend money in a theater for, I like Kat more, she was the reason I went more than Aamir and certainly not for Abhi or Uday. If many people went for her like me, that is what I meant by a heroine's star power having the extra USP for the BO.

NO way! Forget Dhoom3 it cant even break ce record coz there is neither dpd nor katrina in it who bring extra 1oo cr to any of their movie! It can reach 1oo cr like any other salman movie! But yeah HNy will break dhoom n even avataar record
