The 'World of Jagga' to be unveiled on Dec 20

Much-anticipated film "Jagga Jasoos" is all set to show its first glimpses to the world on December 20 through innovative content piece "The World of Jagga".

"In a never-seen before marketing initiative, the makers are to unveil the 'World of Jagga', which will showcase the fun and adventures that unfold in the life of Jagga Jasoos, on December 20," said a source close to the team.

This to be released content piece will be unlike any other trailer or teasers, said the source.

Produced by Disney, "Jagga Jasoos", directed by Anurag Basu and starring Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif, is to be released April 7, 2017.

I came across this. Don't know if it is of any significance. Hirani could be polite though. Beside the word sources. Still if is true, nothing like it. Can't wait for 20th.


Ranbir Kapoor gets the nod from Raju Hirani

Ranbir Kapoor, who is busy preparing for two of his new projects " Ayan Mukerji's superhero film and Sanjay Dutt's biopic " has been spending plenty of time with director Rajkumar Hirani, who helms the latter.

A few days ago, Ranbir showed the trailer of his upcoming release, which also toplines his former girlfriend Katrina Kaif, to the filmmaker. RK, who has co-produced the film along with director Anurag Basu, wanted inputs from the director he will soon team up with.

A source from Raju's office lets in, "Ranbir has been visiting pretty regularly for the Sanjay Dutt biopic. One evening, he brought the trailer and showed it to Raju sir, who was all praises for it."

Extremely excited to see Ranbir and Basu's brainchild. They've quite frankly been allowed to do whatever the f**k they wanted by SRK. No restrictions were placed creatively. So, to know what's their idea of entertainment for Indian cinema will give us an idea to the mindspace of what does cine-maa mean to Ranbir. Fun times ahead peeps.

Positive elements always yield good results. Everybody seem to be genuinely happy to be bound to this movie.
Unlike that Groucho Marx wannabe Sanjay Dutt who is spoiling Hirani's efforts. Somebody needs to tell him to shut up.

Agreed. And the fact that Ranbir mentioned how many times they thought of shelving the film before coming back to it again shows that there must be something that just attracts them. They could've shelved and moved on long back. Dutt would've started earlier and no one would have even cared.
