''Hasee Toh Phasee'' had good week one riding on good reviews and very good business on weekdays especially in multiplexes dominated urban areas. Film is poised for good lifetime business depending on2nd week biz but 2nd weekend was strictly average at box office due to onslaught of ''Gunday''.

Film got push due to Valentine''s Day on 2nd Friday and that is why film managed 1.45 cr nett. Film had a drop of 50% from Thursday and big drop from 1st Friday which is natural considering big release of ''Gunday''. Film added further 1.80 cr nett on 2nd Saturday and 2.20 cr nett on 2nd Sunday.

Film has done good business overseas too and should finish around 12-14 cr number there after 9.50 cr in week one.

Film has collected 33 cr nett plus in 10 days and had good 5.25 cr nett 2nd weekend. Film should finish around 37-39 cr nett plus lifetime which is good result for the film.

Hasee Toh Phasee had a decent second weekend considering the release of Gunday and the fact the film came down to just 400-450 screens. It grossed around 4.50-4.75 crore nett over the second weekend taking its two week total 32 crore nett.

The collections were aided by good figures on Friday due to Valentines Day so the growth was minimal over the weekend. the film is now sure to hit the 35 crore nett mark which makes it a higher grosser than films like Yaariyan and Dedh Ishqiya.

It will be reasonable tally at the end considering the film has only really worked in a handful of big cities and that too just the main metros.

I hope the film gets a hit tag without a doubt as I really liked the movie. It was fresh in approach, not too mushy and not ott nonsense. These films need ti be get aporeciated by numbers more imo.
