Box office collections: Krrish 3 biggest grosser of all time, prediction Rs 500 cr, SRK's Chennai Express routed

India's superhero flick, Krrish 3 is still flying high. In its third weekend, it emerged as the highest grosser of Hindi cinema. With the grand total of Rs 235.22 crore net, it has pushed Chennai Express to the second slot, which had boasted of a lifetime domestic collection of Rs 226.70 crore.

More than that, unconfirmed reports say, Krrish 3 box office collections may have surpassed an unheard of Rs 500 crore!

Bollywood superhero franchise 'Krrish 3' starring Hrithik Roshan in lead role was the fastest movie to enter the Rs 200 crore club. 'Rakesh Roshan's directorial venture 'Krrish 3' had entered the Rs 200 crore club on the seventh day of its release while 'Chennai Express' touched this mark after 2 weeks.

However, Shah Rukh Khan's 'Chennai Express' still retains its spot as the fastest film to reach the Rs 100 crore mark in just 4 days.

The third film in the series, 'Krrish 3' also created history by registering the highest box office collections ever on a single day (Monday) with Rs 35.91 cr.

'Krrish 3' is the third to join the elite Rs 200 crore club after Aamir Khan's '3 Idiots' and Shah Rukh Khan's 'Chennai Express'.

On the fifth day of its release, 'Krrish 3' had already entered Bollywood's elite Rs 100 crore club.
