Like during task day he was the one with the idea of making Kushal drink water from heaven bowl but then he told Gau it was not his idea. He shud be careful he is going to get trapped if he continues with this.

I think he later confessed to Gauhar & co. that it was his idea but others in the team wanted Gauhar and Kamya to do the dog bowl task instead of Kushal That' what I read in one of the threads in the forum.

If you see in the episode, you can hear Tanisha saying.. why Kushal, hum itne dino se saath rah rahe hain, aapko pata he woh kar lega.
