Panditji wanted to keep his word in as humble way as possible. He didn't say that andy demonstrated homosexual-like behaviour straight away. But put it in a more subtle way. He said 'narnarayan' so that ppl could take less hints. Kushal was trying to make pandit ji spit it out.
