1. Pooja Mishra had committed so many verbal offenses and also the way she behaved with shonali breaking the broom was out of the ordinary and normal. Tanisha has NOT done anything prior to it and has NOT received any prior warning for her other acts unlike pooja mishra.

2. Sid was just not listening to her and she attacked and pushed him... while it was khushal who started it all... putting garbage, rotten eggs, all kind of dirt, ashes, mud and what not in the name of task, she turned Tanisha into a walking dustbin...he also abused her in very offensive ways.
What Tanisha has done was a reaction and she tried to put that dirt on khushal's clothes to make him realize what has he done.

So we can't really compare pm and tanisha's case at all.

So Stop the tanisha bashing and try and understand from her perspective and put yourself in her situation.. you try tolerate what she did then come on here bashing
