I respect Karna more than Arjun! [DT Note Page 2]

In Mahabharata, Arjun killed Karna and won the battle. Arjun had the best teachers, the system was basically rigged in his favor and he had an undue advantage as well. Even though Karna was defeated, I respect him more than Arjun.

Asim may have lost, but I respect him more. So glad he didn't take the briefcase and stood head to head in the finale. My best wishes to him for a bright career and a healthy personal life (fingers crossed on this one).

Anyhow Karna was never the winner material, he did respond well to Arjun but never during the war was he at the upper hand.

I am not calling Asim as Karna. I'm giving an analogy. I don't mean and don't think there is disrespect!

Mahabharata is a very complex story where there is no black and white. We are free to interpret any which way.

I get your analogy

while Arjuna was served everything in a platter, if Karna had got the same opportunity, he would have excelled and maybe won.

mythological/historical/religious references and discussions should be avoided when discussing contestants here in the forum
