Also people dont understand in MB it was between Arjun and Karna but the most heavy price was paid by Abhi and Ghatokach to dismantle the power of Karna. Whenever analysis of MB is made it is told that if Kunti had given karna his due in the beginning or claimed to the world who he is, the war itself wouldnt have happened. Because Karna was a man of such calibre, talented, efficient, a good ruler. If he was given the due he would have won Panchali's hand, she would have been the queen and Shakuni would have been shown the door once and for all.
Karna was that wasted talent which ended in wrong side due to wrong knowledge and to dismantle him Narayana had to sit with Rudra and even extract heavy price from the side he was supporting because Karna had dharma with him.

One of the most beautiful part of MB is where Krishna sends Kunti to Karna. Kunti begs in front of the son whom she has abandoned for social status to protect her four sons. And Karna gives his mother that boon that he wont kill four of his brothers. It will be always with him and Arjun.

Even Narayan couldnt make him change loyalty. He stick with the man who supported him when he needed the support the most. Neither the crown, nor Panchali could make Karna leave the side of Duri.

Well explained about MB. A right decision at the right time is most important. Had Kunti told Karna about his real identity at the first meeting in his adulthood, things would have been entirely different. He would have got the kingdom and Draupadi. He would have kicked Shakuni and united the Pandavas and the Kauravas. His other brothers possess only one quality that meets Panchali's requirements but Karna has got all of them. But Kunti kept that as a secret as she was more worried about her social status. By the time, she mustered up courage and told him, it was too late. Karna's loyalty towards Duri is right as he has given him the respectable life though it is for his selfish motives. The other things that let him down were Parshuram's and Brahmin's curse, Lord Indira taking his kawach and kundal, Lord Krishna taking his punyas. If he had changed the sides after knowing the truth late, he would have felt guilty all his life. It was very difficult for him to decide after seeing both sides of the coin but he never wanted to keep any debt and he felt that it is his duty to repay Duri. Coming to the show, if Saanjh had confessed her feelings for Arjun, she would have got the clear picture of what Arjun thinks about her.

Then if you are coming to discuss in a thread started by someone you have to know one basic thing, how will that person discuss. If you have started a thread and in your thread I have tried to put mythology you can tell I will discuss only contemporary it is fine, but in my thread if you come to discuss you will have to answer my questions and you cannot tell I will discuss only on contemporary characters because I own this thread.
If you go for discussion to someone's house, you will have to observe the decorum there and you should not be telling I want to do like this sitting in another person's house.

Then you dont decide who have broken the decorum, that right also rest with me as I said I am the owner of this thread. What is acceptable, what is not acceptable I will decide as far as this thread goes. Thanks in advance for understanding.

Hey, I would appreciate it if u dont tell me what to post, just because this is ur thread. I have as much right over my opinions as u have over urs. I have been respectful to u in all of my replies, but this coming from someone like u is unbelievable. When u felt i mocked u for ur reference to mythology i made it clear to u that I don't consider u to be wrong and I put forth what my opinion is on the issue. Isn't that what the forum is for? And if u cannot accept people having different opinions then pls do not call urself unbiased. Out of this thread for the sake of ur 'decorum', but for the record, I havent said anything before that has spoilt it, and u cannot tell me whether I can decide that or not.

I never read Mahabharata or any other mythology simply because I'm not hindu so It was not required for me. however I understand how it can be life changing as it reflects upon society, mankind, humanity. There is a saying that if you want to predict the future, then look at the past. from what little I know, same things that happened in these books, are happening in our modern society.

Shruthi, I know you highly regard these mythologies and therefore draw parallels to everyday life and even tv shows. sometimes I understand but sometimes I don't but I get it that it is your style of presenting views. I cannot do it, therefore I don't try but I enjoy reading yours nonetheless.

Shruthi even I get solutions of my everyday things from MB & BG.
They are so dear to me & I respect them & value the morals of it & help myself in walking further in my life with it.
I'm a huge sucker for MB characters.
I can understand that's why how u compared Ashwin as shakuni.

And it's not a mythology for me, it's a guide to live my everyday life. If someone here who don't know about them or don't believe in them shouldn't be talking about them I request. It's better to not go on it right friends.

@pom @nithu my only request is I need this thread to be positive. Not bashing of characters. Many times I go to mythology is because I get the best examples of relations from there. If it is friendship Arjun-Krishna, if it is love Radha-Krishna, if it is hus-wife Ram-Sita, if it is brother Ram-Laxman-Bharath etc etc.. it helps us to shed our ego and see the relations for what it is.
And it is my fault sometimes I try to explain to someone who doesnt want to understand it.

I hope you all know I dont make people agree to my POV, you have as much freedom to put your POV. I have just kept some broad guidelines for the thread which I dont think is difficult for anyone to follow.

Last time when u told me I took it in a positive approach only. And after that I didn't made any comment here which is not acceptable to you even that sarcasm.
i can't say I understood your pov from your side that day completely. But I just know my limits bcoz it's your thread & I respected for that simply.
People should better understand I guess.

@nithu I am thankful to you that you took it in a positive approach. Sometimes certain POVs are understood when it actually plays out in the show.
Sometimes I myself have corrected my POVs which I know I will have to, because I am not the writer of the show and the writer would have thought something else.
I used to laugh in SKR forum where I have told I never thought I will have to change my analysis I had kept ready for episodes.
So if a known story like Ramayana can be presented differently what about stories like Beyhadh which can have any approach.

Once again I would say a remarkable episode where everyone became the pawn between Ashwin and Maya

Ashwin action: Make Jhanvi demand her 49% stake in the company. Jhanvi very lovingly asks Maya to take care of her family life

Maya action : She offers her resignation. Makes Arjun the owner of 51% shares of her company. Make her mother prove her love to her by making her sign on the transfer paper of 49%.

Result : Arjun the whole stakeholder of Fashion and City. I would say a very dangerous proportion. I mean Maya has taken the biggest risk of her life. She has trusted everything she has build so far with a man. I would say blind trust that he wont cheat her or the confidence if he tries she knows what to do about it. But Maya forgets without power and wealth of Fashion and City Maya Mehrotra is nothing if Arjun decides to leave her. They are not legally married.

Arjun reaction: As expected Arjun is worried what the society will think about him, that he is marrying Maya for money. Yes he wanted a career, but to be frank he never eyed her money when he professed his love for her. Definitely not the 100% stake in her company. Arjun is now in a very cornered position. It is a difficult position for anyone with conscience

Ashwin reaction: Of course do a double talk with Saanjh in usual style that check all files

Saanjh reaction: She cannot understand why Maya did what she did. Yes no logical person can understand Maya's decision of such a magnitude at the flash of a second. Of course she sees the medical file and insurance rejected. So as expected she is going behind those things because she wants a logical explanation for Maya's action.

On the whole lot of things have changed, pawns are put into very vulnerable position from where they can neither go out and nor come in completely. Now it will be interesting how the remaining throws will happen. Though Maya won against Ashwin, in her eagerness to win that battle I am not sure whether she took the right decision of entrusting herself with Arjun

I agree shruthi!
For once I feel Maya has made a grave mistake and I just dont like that when getting married a woman is asked to give up everything to a man.
I believe Mayas whole identity and what we have come to love about her is seeing her as the CEO of fashion in the city and hope she gets back in her position and shares soon because one I cant imagine our sweet sa duffer running the company and second maya in the roles of gopi simar etc😆
Edit 1 also I feel this is mayas plan she will never give up her lifes work even after marriag and I feeljust cvs are trying to confuse us

Edit 2 is if slow for anyone its become such a pain to use the mobile site these days
