Goodbye to Bepannaah

I stopped watching Indian TV shows. I think it's always the same story, very little talent, and just plain bad shows. Bepannaah drew me in from the first promo. It was a unique story...two people brought together by their cheating spouses. That and the fact that Harshad Chopda and Jennifer Winget were the leads.

I was hooked from episode 1 and have watched this show religiously for the last 8 months.

To Harshad Chopda:

Thank you for being Captain Aditya Hooda. I have watched your work since Kis Desh Mein Hai Mera Dil and you only grew better with time. Your portrayal of Aditya is by far one of the best male leads in ITV history. The emotions...the one liners...the humor. You speak with your eyes Harshad Chopda. I loved everything about this character. The anger, the pain, the sassiness, the vulnerability, and the love. You will always remain in my heart.

To Jennifer Winget,

This show has made me a fan of yours. I have seen bits and pieces of your previous shows, but Zoya Siddiqui will always be one of my favorite heroines. The sweetness and the innocence with how you portrayed Zoya is a heart stealer. I loved how the character grew...from someone who was always protected to someone who stood for the right thing...every time without fail. The grace with which you portrayed Zoya is something I have never seen on ITV.

To Jenshad:

Please if it's ever possible, Harshad and Jennifer do another show together. You guys are literally a power house couple. You guys match each other in good looks, sexual appeal, and raw acting talent. Usually in ITV, one actor will always outshine the other, but you guys are fire and can dance circles around other couples. I really hope that you will work together again one day.

To Anirudh Sir:

Thank you Thank you Thank you for giving us Bepannaah. This show DESERVED more respect. Never think that this is something you, Harshad, or Jennifer did. This is all on Colors. Bepannaah expanded boundaries...it crossed borders...and it took ITV to the next level. Bepannaah showed us betrayal...pain...heartbreak...anger. The viewers felt those emotions with Aditya and Zoya. And then...Adiya so beautifully taught us to move on, to give 2nd chances, to heal, and to fall in love again. You did this. You created a show that made the viewers live every moment with the lead pair. So thank you for this show. We will all carry it with us.

I hope that one day that this show makes a comeback...I will continue to fight for season 2 with Harshad and Jennifer or a new project. You three truly are the dream team, because only a dream team could have created something as beautiful as Bepannaah.

All I can say now is..."Abhi naa jao chor kar ke dil abhi bhaara nahi...humne toh aapse bepannaah si mohabat ki hai...aur dil ne bhi yahi chaahat ki hai...ke ek din aap laut aaye...kyonki iss dil ko aapki zaroorat hai."

SO beautifully written. It could have been a gem of the show of the modern times with everything intact- romance, mystery, thriller & that too in realistic manner.
But a channel decided to ruin it so disgustingly. Can never get over the fact that a show like this was ruined to this extent for no reason except channel's greed & pathetic behavior.

Your post made me cry. This show deserves a standing ovation for its wonderful performances and an equally compelling story. This forum also deserves a special mention for staying united throughout the 8 months and staying on top. Let's keep the spirit alive and keep rooting for the next season.

Very touching post! Every one is very emotional here these days. We all share the same feelings. As mentioned, BP does deserve a standing ovation and so does HC, JW, Annirudh and rest of the cast. They were at their best, they created a masterpiece which will never be made by anyone else. BP truly will remain the only masterpiece oin the history of Indian television.

UGH seriously! i think fans are so upset because we are not going to get closure. who pulls the plug on a show in 1 week? i mean...atleast give a decent time...1 month to wrap up everything. freaking colors didn't do that...i am so upset because i feel robbed...

Beautiful post. I have no regrets for watching Bepannaah and I am so thankful to jenshad for playing Aditya and Zoya respectively. I feel extremely bad for Anirudh sir that his full story could never be shown all because of the disgusting channel. If there is a chance for cinevistas to cast jenshad again in a show on another channel I will surely watch it. All the best to Jennifer and harshad for their next projects
