Please. Really? Maturity?
We're not a bunch of teenagers, and this forum is really not the most immature place--it is just people who wish to see good storytelling and entertainment.
The theme is fine, and maybe they're trying to show reality through two extremes: but in doing so, they're making a mess of the character and making the treatment laughably unrealistic. Had it been anyone else playing Zo other than Jenny, half the audience would have left by now.
Everything else is fine but Zoya could have said Yash was weak man, but not a murderer --anyone going into an EMA is weak, because if they had the balls, they would divorce their spouses first before buying the girlfriend a ring, and definitely not borrow 5 crores from her.
The fact that she calls the Poosh pyaar Paak is unrealistic in the extreme, and if the last few weeks is any indication, this is a serial that is desperate for TRPs trying out bombs and kidnappings and what-not, there's OTT drama, no suspense or seriousness.
So forgive me if I find it a bit naive that some people actually think this serial is realistic, or that the CVs are 'beautifully rendering the theme'-- they're trying to create drama and TRP--that's not art--and no, sorry, the forum is mature enough to smell bullshit when it sees it.
I watch this serial for entertainment, because most of it is eye-candy. The CVs job is to entertain, not annoy (or try to educate, for chrissakes!), because Bepannaah is not a Blue Valentine or Scenes from a Marriage that we watch to understand the nuances of relationships or marriages.
Nothing on planet earth is more annoying than a delusional, holier-than-thou protagonist, and i hope the BP CVs figure that out very fast.
