The fact is 8pm slot is considered to be a primetime slot and the show being removed from that slot is an insult to the show indicates that future of the show is bleak.

It is the show that makes the slot memorable not the other way,
It is the content that matters not the container.

It was the old version of BV that made that slot memorable and gave Colors the name and fame.
The channel does not respect its own people who gave them so much. The way they did not give Pratyusha her due during that slot. The way they got rid off Bhairon and Basant to glorify some villain called akheraj. The way they killed Shiv.

The moral bankruptcy started with the entry of Jhalrawasis.

I respectfully beg to disagree on two points-

1- Vivian last show on Colors did well for the channel in 2012 and 2013. It was axed in 2014 due to low trps but before that it was a show with plus 2 ratings.

2- I still don't get why people say Pratyusha never got her due.

She was the face of Colors for full 2.5 years.
She did Jhalak and Kitchen Champion other than bv.
She dominated the two editions of Golden Petal Awards in terms of performances and awards won.
She won six awards in 2011 and did four dance performances in 2012.

She was used in every event of Colors.
Being a face of leading channel means a lot

Sphere Origings would not have agreed to channel demands to revamp the show instead of shutting it down and starting a new show in the same slot.

The fact is Revamped BV has failed and that is why it is being shifted to a slot where it doesn't make a difference whether it runs or not.The show being shifted from it's time slot is an admission by the channel that the revamped BV failed.

Seems it is like match fixing or suicidal or revenge. Otherwise we will not get this type of revamp.

More that that, it seems to me like they had already planned to shift the show to another timeslot. It looks like will run the revamped show till they don't get a replacement.
Whatever, glad that they honored the original BV by introducing the revamped version before changing timeslot..

After hearing so many rants from Some Prats and DD's fans I thought you too were saying Colors cheated them..

I completely agree with you on both the points..
They could have given a good tribute to her considering the fact that she was the face of the channel for so long..

I am a huge fan the way you write and emphasise on important facts regarding the show..

As per IKRS forum Ishq Ka Rang Safed was originally supposed to replace BV but got 6:30pm slot because BV was giving the channel 3.5 trps that time..
