Claiming rights as a mother of a child on the basis of saving that child's life doesn't make one child's mother.
Since people are talking about the child's choices - it is clear who the child considers as her mother and who as her aunt.

She is angry with her mother and she loves and respects as well as trusts her aunt.

So where did this thing about her being mother to the child come from? She is claiming to be mother but did the child give her that place?

Comparing Teepri with Mangala is like comparing chalk & cheese. Teepri didn't do anything for Bhairo, just childhood friend, Mangala gave new birth to Nimboli and cared for her for more than a decade. Plus Mangala is not misbehaving with Anandi. Anyway, now I know that some people will malign this character by hook or by crook.😆

Your point about the class divide. In classic literature as well as cinema, sympathy is reserved for the underdog. The hero is the one who fights impossible odds and a powerful opponent to emerge triumphant.

BV is skewed in favour of the super rich and super powerful against the underdog . Anandi is cosseted and mollycoddled by BH people, has the support of a powerful politician and another man hopelessly in love with her. And who is on the other side? A weak, hapless, self-destructive woman.

What kind of a victory is this?

Not only BV, all serials propagate haveli culture. The grand haveli, with halls big enough to organise grand weddings, jewelry laden women even at the time they're cooking or sleeping..

Still, I am thankful, BV did show glimpses of real women empowerment by these Jhalra women 👏 Now is the time to give something to their lead, so let them butcher the beautiful character. Otherwise, who will wish that the girl choose Anandi in place of Mangala. Let people think that saving a child from a certain death is nothing, only womb, wealth and power is all that's matters to get the rights.

They have shown Anandi having two sets of parents one is of course the parents of the boy she has been married off to in childhood.Ultimately she chose to stay with Sumi and Bhairon but she never let her attachment to Sumi and Bhairon come in way of her relationship with Bhago and Khazan
Shiv did not know that he had two mothers but he grew up loving both of them and he never made any distinction between the two sets of parents so much so that papa bade papa and chote papa have become some irrelevant terms to him because he loved both of them equally.

Anandi respected Amol's parents wishes and desires initially Amol was willing to go to his parents out of his love fro Anandi but later on he chose to go because he loved his parents too but that didn't lessen his love and regard for Anandi and Shiv.

So where is the question of Anandi treating Mangala any differently? She will teach her children to respect and devotion to all their relationships

As for nurture and biology - We have seen Nimboli growing up to be some one very different from the women she has been surrounded with and the woman who brought her up. She has more similarities with the mother father and brother whom she has never seen😛😆

The child was taught to call mangala as teesa, right from the time she learnt to talk. Maasa was Harki, is it so difficult to understand? And the girl herself told that maa must be like teesa, what was that for if not her inner thoughts?

Her inner thoughts - She used to think why only a blank picture comes into her mind when ever she thinks of Maa.
Why she always screams fro Maa when she hurts herself.

Why doesn't her Teesa's picture come into her mind when she thinks of mother?

It is always her Teesa telling her that she is all the girl needs she is her maasa bapusa bhaili what ever why doesn't the girl reciprocate that sentiment?

Why does she hold her unseen mother responsible for her plight if she is content with her Teesa's love?

Why is it difficult to accept that the girl always wanted something that her Teesa couldn't give her?

Why do you think Mangala have given birth to that kid.. no she haven't.. just Co a Akheraj was abt to kill nandani she made her married to kundan... instead when she acted as a God she could have told if Akhi killed the girl his family will get destroyed she could give many reasons.. in fact she could also tell Akhi in the act of God if the girl stays in the house he will never become poor.. in the act of God she could have asked a better life for the girl.. being a fool they have alwz played on Mangala's tune.. the ture intention was alwz she wanted a toy.. even when she saw the kid she impulsively took the decision...

You say Mangala Is not misbehaving with Anandi but In round abt way for her own selfish motive she can tell Nandani that her mom is worthless bad.. she never considered her...

Why do we forget if Anandi have meet nandani, nandani too have meet.. and she alwz like Anandi.. Mangala Is scared coz she knows how hurt nandani is today or tomorrow she will get to know the truth that she will be mre hurt to know with mangala.. and that day it's only Anandi for her..

It is quite obvious from the beginning from the way they told Nimboli's story they left a yawning gap in her life.It is clear that they never intended Anandi to be taking over Mangala's role in that girl's life.
They created an other role for Anandi in that girl which ran in parallel - Chudailsa. The girl was quite enchanted by the Chudailsa😆

It is Mangala who didn't like her getting close to that Chudailsa too.She was so scared that the girl would reveal that she is a child bride.

So Mangala had been insecure right from the begining. She knew that the girl didn't see her the same ways she saw her.Or else she would have never feared Anandi.

Who is teepri? I think I forgot that character
Mangala is being foolish by running away. There will be a day when Anandi will find her daughter and that time when Nimboli comes to know the truth she will hate her teesa. Whatever good Mangala has done so far is all gone down the drain. Forget calling her maasa the child won't even call her teesa. This is a big blunder of Mangala.

In her selfishness she ended up axing her own happy future. Looks like she wil take support of Akhiraj after all.

Mangala doesnt have faith in her love , jhoot ka sahara lekar woh nimboli ko pana chahati hai. agar usse apni mamata mein confidence hai toh such bata de nimboli ko. phir nimboli decide karegi .
