I am not sure about mangala's morale or I would say I am not sure she has any morale or spirit but morale of Gopal's friend, kamli and Nimboli is definitely going to increase. A person who has spirit in them would always get encouraged by someone else's efforts and in this case it will definitely when they are fighting for the same cause.
I remember one incident where some men were teasing kamli and pushkar stood up for her then she got encouraged that if he can try to fight despite being in this mentally challenged state then why can't she ?
If morale of Gopal's friend was gonna decrease then it could have decreased the day akhiraj beat him like anything for supporting gopal.
If morale of Nimboli was gonna decrease then it could have decreased the day she got beaten till death by akhiraj.
If morale of kamli was gonna decrease then it could have decreased the day akhiraj killed gopal in front of her eyes.
About urmi I would say she is somewhat darpok so she may get scared of Akhiraj.
Kishore has set an example and other spirited souls will follow the suit.

Yeah these type of people keep on living on the mercy of rapists (akhiraj), murderers (akhiraj), corrupt (akhiraj) and kidnappers (akhiraj) in their home. And in this way crime doer get encouraged and crimes in the country keep on increasing and that results in all the above mentioned problems.
