I think anandi's tirade had made him to rethink and restrategise.

In a way its better that ganga should know that no man is dependable and the first thing is think only about how to take care of the needs of mannu. Jagya crumbled under domestic pressure and it is he who needs some help.

The more the distance, the more Jagya will crave for ganga and this will make him quite unattractive in the eyes of sanchi. This will benefit ganga to become truly independent banishing all thoughts of Jaittsar with its sweet and bitter memories. This time it is better if ganga cuts his calls. It has nothing to do with gratitude but saving oneself from weaknesses like falling in love and suffering.

I request CVs not to make ganga weak and seek the help of Jagya atleast for some time.
How can Jagya misunderstand ganga so easily?

Certainly, but his timing is really really off don't you think?
She let him have the tirade 6 months ago with both barrels blazing ... and he only restrategizes NOW?
Jagya has to be a real dimwit to come to this conclusion now... he should have been thinking of this and demonstrated some foresight when it came to ganga's appointment... and he should have gradually eased her into the prospect of a job elsewhere.
I can understand if anandi yelled at him yesterday so he decided today... but six months later seems real odd. He led her on.

Jagya has given ganga shock treatment, indifference in tone, no warmth and then he is wondering why ganga is not her usual self, submissive and saying yes to each one of his commands.

Ganga, go for training.

Ganga, take this saree and other gifts.

Ganga, now I dont have time for you and so dont talk too much. One minute is enough.

Ganga, you will work in Jaipur.

Ganga, why do you want to work in such a remote place?

Ganga, you have changed very quickly and you dont need me now.

Yes, but what does it say about ganga still wanting to work in the hospital in jetsar today despite seeing jagya's declining interest towards her over the past few months... 🤢...
even if there was a commitment from him to appoint her, In her place, I would have got the message that all is not well and at least had another arrangement as a back-up.

Yeah that was weird -- isn't that the whole point of making someone independent ? That they take decisions on their own and move on with their life. why should jagya grudge her that?
It's almost like he was expecting her to plead for a job with him ... saying "mere paas aur koi sahara nahi hai"

I dont lame Jagia or Ganga in this. It takes some time for anyone to realize the precarious
Position hey are in. Anandi's tirade made him realize ge is in love with G. So he wen to Mumbai
Hoping h would forget her. He was not thinking about where sh will work etc. more over when he thought e will foret about her, the problem does not arise for him with G if she worked in Jaitsar.
But the problem is he is still in love and came to know G is in love with him. He still wants to honour
The alliance with Sanchi. That is why from his angle one can not blame him even though it is
Like letting G down. On the otherhand you can not blame G also. She did not realize the
Problem until now.and she did blame herself for even thinking about moving to Jaitsar and causing
Problem for J. I will not say she is lacking in self respect or she has no gratitude.
But the decision she took to find a job in Mangalore is Ok. She was shocked at Jagia's suggestion.
It just caught her unaware. It is true Jagia is a bit of a dimwit in approaching this with out a little
Caution. These things come with age and experience. On the other hand it wouldvhave been
For Ganga,More practical to take the help of J in getting a job in Jaipur. Because it will
be safe and with a known decent person. All these things could have happened exactly the way
We all wanted if J and G are 100% rational with out any emotions.

Another important thing is with the definition of self respect in accepting help. When some one is dirt poor, powerless, but has the ambition and intelligence to succeed can swallow some pride
And take help. Nobody in this world has 100 % self respect. People leave their motherland for
Greener pastures outside. It dies take some swallowing pride when you have to live in another country
Sometimes people have only pride but nothing else. That really does not help and it is against
Progress.

I believe that as long as ganga was economically and emotionally helpless, then there is no question of self-respect. Survival is the main priority,... even at the cost of self-respect.
But now that ganga has an education, is able to find jobs on her own, and is emotionally stable, now there is no question of survival per se... it is her own choice to go back to jayetsar. Given that she has a choice, if she now chooses Jetsar under the circumstances which I will not repeat, then yes, it is definitely lack of self-respect.

Every now and then there will be flare-ups between singh vs. singh.
Ganga is well aware of that.
Why put people in a situation like that knowingly, when you now have education and means to walk out?
It is not possible for ganga to lead a life of seclusion in the hospital quarters or in jetsar.

I feel Ganga is always confused which direction to go with this odd relationship with the singhs and jagya, had they just cut of from each other at a certain point it would have been better for Singhs and Ganga. Ganga or jagya should have said the cut off point will be when she had complete the course but here jagya said still she working at the hospital. The lines should have been made clearly. Ganga has tried to cut off many times yet still ends up tied to the singhs.

Sumitra was still going on about Ganga even though she left and it was jagya who had gone to meet her and settle her in and she didnt even ask him to come yet Sumitra still blamed Ganga.

For me as i see it

Ganga is not at all lacking in self respect ...just see her relation with Jagdish . He gave her LIFE . There is no ego , self respect or pretence in that relation , be it of love or otherwise . It is a truthful relation . Being with him makes her happy . Bas . It gives her utmost joy . She does not expect marraige , sex , money , ANYTHING from him . She just likes being there living her life with him encouraging her ...gives her something to look forward to . She can swallow his family's unfair or fair ire , or his fiancee's bitchiness so long as he is by her side . Today he indicated he too does not want her in his life and that was a blow to the poor girl ...her god left her . She was content living in the quarters , working in the hospital . So long as Daktarsaa was there . Her faith in him is touching .When she realised that even Daktarsaa was avoiding her that innocent faith was shaken . Immediately she gathered her dignity and moved out of his life herself .

Where emotions r truly interwoven , there is no ego or even self respect , faith is beyond that .

Neither do i think Jagya thinking she does not need me is weird . It is complex , bas . Reaction of a man in love . Part of him wants her to be independent but part of him wants her ALWAYS to be dependent on HIM . He wants the bird with the broken wing that he nursed to fly but he does not want it to forget him ...he would rather like it if it flies back and sits on his shoulder . U see , while nursing the bird he became hopelessly attached to it .😊
