I think she would something like a share holder but not really involve in company matters

But ya Priya being a part will definitely play something in future... either they might use some stupid logic to trap Priya like in s1 or she might save Shubhu n put him on right track leading him to team raya as mentioned in one of the spoilers shared in forum

As a dormant/silent partner Priya is basically entitled to 5% of all profits (and I would assume of the losses as well) but has no role in the managing of the business. Silent partners usually have no say in how the business is run, they just provide the money up front and get a certain share of the profits if all goes well. I’m sure because this is ITV they’ll have Priya somehow get involved in the project lol but as of now I’m seeing this as Ram providing Priya some level of financial security — 5% of a very profitable luxury building is quite a lot actually, esp in the future when they lease out all the stories to rich companies etc. Putting more than 5% in her name wouldn’t make sense to me bc then Priya starts needing to take an active role I think. Choosing Shubham’s company rather than Ram’s also serves as a way for Ram to show his level of trust in Shubham, that he truly expects the project to do well. I think (hope) Adi + Brinda might be unhappy because the share is from Shubham’s project with Sid, because they already know Shashi is a bankrupt snake who could be dangerous bc he’s trying to make back his fortune. Maybe they’re worried that Ram’s decision will get him and Priya too tangled in a project they think will fail? I would just be very surprised if after everything Adi and Brinda were unhappy about Ram clearly planning for Priya to be part of his life and family long term.

can anyone tell whats happening? i mean how adi till now didnt tell about sashi's financial crisis? is sashi too part of shubam's business? why ramleft out adi.poor guy,he does so much him.their face turned pale when ram told priya will dormant partner in subham's business.dont know when sashu's reality will come out.
