part3 (pg. 5) of flashback scenes in this ff.

Part 25:

Ram: You just wait & watch Mrs. Kapoor. (Bends down & lifts her in his arms)

Priya: Mr. Kapoor kya kar rahain ho aap, puri ek floor ki height staircase se chalkay jaana hain(Wrapping her arm around his shoulder, another hand clutches to his T-shirt collar.)

Ram: Sachhi yaar tum peheleyse thodi motti lagg rahi ho, par abb mein nahi ruknaywala hun! (Starts walking towards the staircase)

Priya smiles at looking into his sparkling eyes.

Priya: Dekh lijiye'kamse kam 20 steps chadhney hogey?

He smiles. He doesn't care about the steps but looking at her face, suddenly his mind gets diverted.. It makes him restless. He stops walking. Her Bindi is shifted little bit.

Ram: Ek problem hain. Your bindi! (By eyes he points out) It's misplaced. (His hands are not free as he has lifted Priya in his arms)

Priya: Abb mein kya karu? Even my hands are not free (She has wrapped one arm around his shoulder, another tightly clutched to his T-shirt collar)

Ram: Trust me. You can do it by your left hand.

Priya: I don't want to fall down. (Doesn't want to leave hold of her hands, clutching more tightly to his collar) Aap bas jaldi-jaldi chaliye na'

Ram: It is disturbing me. Trust me you will not fall down. I am holding you, how come you can?

(Holds her more tightly)You are safe in my arms.

Priya: (Throwing false tantrums at his fussiness) since the day one you are behind my bindi. (Slowly, unwillingly leaves her hand from his collar) Do you remember our 1^st meeting at the restaurant? Uss din meray saath baithkar aapney Bindi seedhi lagganey ki directions denay mein Ph.D. ki thi. (Touches her Bindi by her finger to move it)

He couldn't control laughing but tries.

Ram: Very funny'if you will talk less & work fast, I would be happier. Tumharey taaney mujhe baad mein bhi sunna sakti ho. (Laughs sarcastically) Thodi aur left mein. (Gives directions to correct her bindi)

Priya: Meiney aapko mujhe uthaney ko nahi kahan hain, aap hero kyon ban rahey ho? (Shifts her bindi, little bit) abb theek hain? (Talks about Bindi)

Ram: (Talks about bindi) Thodi right mein. (She follows his directions) Very good! Aur aise akelay mein, meri heroine meray saath mein hain issliye hero ban gaya hun (Brings his face closer to her, showers his warm breath on her face)

She feels it's teasing sensation. She tries to avoid his teasing.

Priya: Am I a little kid? Mujhe yuh uthakar chal rahey hain (Sulks, reminding him what he has said about woolen cloths for her)

Ram: Daaarling! tum kyon naraaz hoti ho mujhse?

Priya: Aapko 'Backache' ho jaayega toh? (With concern)

Ram: (Nuzzles her nose) don't worry. Kuch nahi hoga. (She puts her hands wrapping around his shoulder & at the back of his neck) Do you remember our 1^st meeting? Then you will realize why I want to hold you like this?

She nods in agreement. Both of them smile sweetly, remembering their 1^st meeting at the lift lobby in Priya's apartment & how they reached to her flat with their continuous sweet bantering. He starts walking towards the staircase.

Priya: (Excitedly) Aap kitnay 'Khadoos' the tabb.Who societywali aunty ki kuch extra bags uthaney kay liye bhi tayyar nahi the. Kahey rahey the 'I am a man not a Superman.'

Ram: Very good. (Smiles blushingly) Sab yaad hain tumhey.

Priya: (Blushingly) Aur aaj mujhe uthakay staircase chadhni hai aapko? (Voice gets deeper when she speaks)

Ram: Do you remember our 2^nd meeting at the same staircase? Tum mujhse ruthkar apanay papa kay ghar chali gayi thi aur mein tumhey lenay aaya tha. Hum phirse waisehe miley the jaise peheli baar miley the. Who lift bandh thi aur hum seedhiyonse jaa rahe the.

He continues to climb up the steps.

Priya: Haa! Aap ekdam correct time pe aaye the, who Ashwin mujhe lift lobby mein irritate kar raha tha.

Ram: Very Good. You have a really very good memory. Bacchpanse baadam khati ho? (Teases)

Priya: Jaldi bataayi na.

Ram: Ok..uss din staircase chadhatey waqt tum mujhse bahot gussa thi. Mujhe apany bags bhi nahi de rahi thi, tabhi meine tumse woh bags letay huye kuch kahan tha, woh yaad karo.

Priya: (After thinking for some time, shockingly) 'Lifting me in your arms, you can climb up the steps?' aapney aisehe kuch kahan tha na? Superman hota tha, tumhe bhi utha leta tha?

Ram: I wanted to hold you like this at that time only but that was your society's staircase so I avoided it that time.(With naughty smile)

Priya: Ohhh Maa! Thank God! aap mujhe yahanpe utha rahey ho, Kapoor Mansion mein aise kuch nahi kiya. Aap jo bhi sochtey ho who karhe letay ho? (Amazes)

Ram: (Breathes) huhh'! Mostly with some reason behind it.

They reached at the mid landing. He stands for some seconds at the mid landing.

Priya: Par seriously yeh sab karney ki kya jarurat hain Raam?

Ram: That day when I said "Superman hota toh tumhey bhi utha leta tha" & I took the bags away from you. The way you blushed with your suppressed smile & false anger, I still remember. (Remembering it, he gets lost for some time in his thoughts)

Priya: (Confusingly) Mr. Kapoor kahan kho gaye ho aap? Aapko mera weight bhi mehsoos nahi ho raha hain, itnay aaramse chal rahey hain aap? (She pulls his cheek fondly to bring him in presence)

Ram: Aww! Don't pull my cheeks. I hate this. (Makes a face like irritated small kid)

Priya: (Enjoys his sulking) Aap bilkul chhote bacche jaise dekhtey ho jab aise irritated hotey ho. (With naughty smile) Goluuu! (Says very sweetly)

Ram: Haa..toh mein kya kahey raha tha. Though you were angry with me, I saw you tried so hard to hide 'how you really felt after hearing that line'.

Priya: I was really angry & disappointed. Aapney beena matlab kay mujhse jhagda kiya tha.

Ram: But tell me when you heard that line 'tumhe bhi utha leta tha', you forgot about everything for that moment.

Priya: Ummm'(Acts as if thinking) Haa'Mujhe accha lagga tha.(Closes her eyes blushingly & smiles) Sirf who line sunnkar bhi.(Blushes more)

Ram: I knew it, (Shouts with excitement) that's why I thought, one day I will fulfill your this wish also.

Priya: Aapko abb mein kya kahu? You are crazy!(Shouts) Accha abb mujhe aap neechey utar saktey ho.

Ram: Don't move. Agar hum dono ko bhi itna accha lag raha hain, toh bass abb kuch aur steps kay liye kyon tension le rahi ho.

Priya: Ok'par aapko sacchi mein kuch taqleef nahi ho rahi hain na?

As he starts climbing up the steps,

Ram: Nahi. Bilkul nahi. Waise bhi humari kahani ek staircase se he suru huyi thi na? Meri mulaqat wahan, ek Hitler ladkise huyi thi. You know when we met at the staircase or lift lobbies something interesting happens. Yaad hain who humari Orchid hotel wali date! Lift lobby mein mujhe 'Vidya Balan' mili thi. (Winks)

Priya: Accha, peheli mulaqat mein 'Hitler' aur Orchidwali date mein 'Vidya Balan'. Do you realize? In that 1st meeting, we had a fight & next time when we met at that staircase we tried to resolve our new fight.

Ram: Shhh'! Yahanpe koi fight nahi sirf! You know what? (Makes his already intense gaze sharper, his voice deepens) We are here to cherish our moments of being together for one year so let us make it special.

Priya: (Her teary eyes reflect the equal match to love in his eyes) Moments we spent together in the last one year. (Breathing heavily) Patahe nahi chala ki ek saal kabb beet gaya.

They convey their love messages to each other through their eyes. He loves her fragileness in his arms. She feels the warmth of his strong arm against her skin. As his eyes remain busy in drinking the beauty of his wife, his lips remain parted. Their hearts start racing fast, singing the tune 'Bade acche laggte hain' (BG plays) as both of them get lost into each other's eyes remembering their memories. (FBs)

Tere mere saath ki ghadiyan, Jeevan mein sabse badi hain,

Tum hastey ho toh laggta hain, Samney khushiyan khadi hain,

Bade acche laggtey hain

Yeh ghadiya, yeh milna, apana pan, aur tum.

After reaching at the floor, he breaks the silence.

Ram: Hum dono. 'You & I' sapnay meinbhi nahi socha tha ki hum...

Priya: Hum dono yu kareeb aayengey?
