I find myself forwarding a lot of the show...One of the most annoying things about Ekta shows is that she creates a huge cast full of streotype one dimensional characters. I am only watching the show for Ram and Priya characters...I think it would be brilliant if she could cut down some of the characters and give each character some depth...in the past I have found shows with a smaller cast eg. Astitva...gave the audience so much more meat to the audience.

I mean...can these other characters not have problems of their own...aside from mooching of their rich step brother/ step son...what are their fears/ secrets/lovers etc. make the characters real rather than caricatures (as someone mentioned).

So true! Loved Astitva and Mahiway, examples of superlative writing and consistent characters, totally different stories plots that struck the balance😊

Ram and sakshi got me interested in this serial. I truly love Ram's acting, the first show I have seen of him is Kasam se and have loved his acting since then! His character is being trivialized a little bit with his casual behavior, it would be nice to see the serious side as well, so the character does not look like a fool which he seems to be evolving into...
even if the other characters are fillers, the conversation between sid and mamaji was too long... other short interruptions are ok.
I wish the story progresses such that Priya subtlely lets him know that he is being taking advantage of and Vikram forcefully tells him that... For such a smart businessman he is quiet stupid when it comes to his family! Agar kaam pe bej diya Siddanth ko, so why not ask him work related questions. This character is such an ass to do so much for a family even though he father asked for a promise, that too when his father cheated on his mom... or did I get the story wrong!

i swear!!! sometimes i get so confused as to who is related to whom... whoa!! i remember how much of confusion i had watching "kyunki saaas..." .. i forgot who is who and then stopped watching...
i still dont know who all are anurag-prerna's kids, who are prerna-bajaj's kids, who are bajaj's kids... phew so much confusion...
n luckily as of now there are no "too-many" people... i just hope they dont focus too much on the baarati's during RaYa wedding 🤔

Haaye... me too.. me too i loved Mr Walia 😳

so true.. i hate it when they do that... they make a serious, mature character into a foolish one who will go the extent of lickin one's feet... 🥱

i doubt he'll believe them though!! moreover vikram has some offer from abroad, so he might just leave soon , n then its gonna be priya who'll try telling him n he will consider her as the bad one who is trying to break the family... errm why do i feel i have seen this earlier??? oh yes, it happens in all BT shows... but on a serious note, he really needs to know this...
For such a smart businessman he is quiet stupid when it comes to his family! Agar kaam pe bej diya Siddanth ko, so why not ask him work related questions.
yes, yes... but the 'oh-so-innocent' brother trusts the 'i-am-a-sheep-in-disguise-of-a-wolf' brother... somebody just slap Ram and make him understand... this chap is even ready to give away the entire business to those two hungry wolfs a.k.a. his brothers...

nah nah, u got it right... 😊

I stopped watching Kasauti when they killed that little boy Prem
and watched Kyunki on and off till they changed Laksh(Pulkit)...then no more eye-candy😉

Hopefully, Ram keeps me hooked onto BALH

Actually I mute my mind to those scenes involving the Mama, Niharika and Nuts. Sometimes when Shipra gets jarring i just mute the Tv. Agree with what Divan said; plugged in scenes that are really essential for daily soaps, but sometimes very much trying our patience.
